THE LAW OF WAR DURING THE ARMED CONFLICT

The Royal Council Of Artemis Empire announced the law of war during the armed conflict. 

Laws of war define sovereignty and nationhood, states and territories, occupation, and other critical terms of law.  

ARTICLE 41 THE LAW OF WAR 

1. Both of parties must to follow the rule of war during the armed conflict 
2. The nation (aggressor) have authority to start and end the war anytime based on "discretion power" according to the law of peace clause 1 
3. The nation (aggressor) can stop the war with conditional agreement,if the the nation (defender) disagreeing the agreement the war will continue 
4. During the peace time both of parties are prohibited to attack each other 
5. Provoke and using a bad word during the peace time, negotiation and after the war are prohibited,if the nation make a violation of law the agreement will cancelled 
6. The nation (aggressor) can attack the same nation for second time according to special protocol of war rule 21 
7. If the others nation attack this territory without strongest reason,the law of war will replead change to emergency declaration
