Marcus Domitius Graciously Accepts Position of Flamen!

In accordance to a unanimous decision given by the leaders of the Order, Governor and Dominus Magnus Marcus Domitius has accepted the transferrance of the position of Flamen from Titus Pallium to himself, in order to appropriately maintain law and order within the territories within his direct governance, furthermore claiming Flamen as his primary title.
Barbarus leaders within the Order issued a formal complaint to the Office of the Governor's Palace in an entirely characteristic display of defiance of Roman law. In a response, Flamen Marcus Domitius responded: "...all Barbarorum are, of course, welcome and beloved members of the Empire so long as they maintain heading with the rest of the fleet. That is, they should act as proud Romans and work with us, rather than opposing us every step of the way as they have been doing. All one can do is call upon our non-Roman countrymen to pull their own weight."
Alongside the passing of this esteemed role, the Flamen has decreed that marijuana use, once criminalized can now be used in a medical context with the supervision of a medical professional and written permission from a sacerdos of Sol Invictus.
Flamen Marcus Domitius promises "...to return Sol Invictus to the rightful head of the order, and to eliminate the rampant politicization and factionalization of the Order." In accordance with his new role, Marcus is also organizing a week long festival, paid entirely from within his personal wealth, with public free attendance to anyone with a citizenship, and a small fee for Barbarorum.
