Vulcanities Decides it’s time to go “all in”…

My Fellow countrymen, it is with great honor I great you from this beautiful new location. Many of you have heard intensifying rumors that Vulcanities is going to begin a full focus on its economy recently. I’d like to confirm those rumors with complete happiness. We have two main focuses that we are to set out with in this quest to better our frankly dismal economic situation. First off we have started to introduce a new world export, food. While we are known to be steelworkers I have complete confidence that Vulcanities can also conquer the realm of farming and agricultural. To cap this off the nation has bought the Mass Irrigation projects in hopes of bettering this new product. I will be perfectly honest that mass exportation is a long way off but now is a great time to begin looking towards that. Currently the expenses from buying food has at moments been considerable but now we are almost producing as much as we eat. This progress comes with only 5 of our 10 cities in participation. Our other growth goal will be to incentivize and help along war rebuilding efforts in many destroyed cities. Some of our cities have not been updated in the past year and have started to crumble. We have already begun fixing this and have restored 4 of 10 cities to there before war state. We have set an ambitious goal for this project as well, we aim to restore one to two cities every 3 days and our economists have projected that this will work however we will be walking a fine line.
