The Republic of China at least in my opinion seeks to respect the sovereignty and independence as well as the will of the people of said independent Nations to have governments that they themselves want, Even if said governments do not agree with everything China does because its there will not ours as to whom rules over them. As president i do not seek imperialism or to use blunt force to spread our exact version of Democracy to the world, While i encourage Nations and governments to follow Dr Sun yat Sen's three principles and to follow a style of a constitutional republic.
There Exists two Governments in the former United States that the Republic of China as of now has good relations with, The Sovereign Order of America and and the United Citizens of America, One is a reformed Constitutional Republic and the other is a Constitutional Monarchy, Both while having in the past ups and downs both Governments have for the most part respected human rights and civil liberties.
My main concern however is the Republic of China forcing what type of government it wants for the whole of the former United States.
So as president of the ROC until a reunification or a two state solution is established the ROC will recognize both governments as being the legitimate successors to the United States of America that once existed.

Ahmed Sezin these are the 2 most powerful governments in the former United States. I can't recognize every single last petty warlord state as being the heir of the U.S government that once existed.
The Republic of China has not had relations with the Libertiamerican government yet.
Is that a threat?
