Today is the 4th day of Operation Jenner. Between today and yesterday the special forces of European Nutella have achieved some key successes, including the clearance of a key highway and the destruction of a big portion of the terrorist cell lead by Monoj. But let us get more into the details.

Re-establishing order:

On day 3 of the operation a battle to take back control of the highway that goes to the bordering nation of New Iceland-Greenland began and concluded on the same night with a Nutellan victory. Resistance was mild and casualties were contained. Multiple small villages alongside the highway have also been liberated.

On day 4 the troops advanced to encircle the city of Kinijak with great success as resistance was exceptionally low. While it was theorized possible to be able to liberate the city resistance is expected to be high as drone footage shows high amount of armed groups fortifying certain key positions. Due to this and the fact it is the 2nd biggest city of the nation of Bjein it was decided to instead surround the city to prevent any terrorist cell from escaping it. Great amounts of unrest as been observed within the city after our troops surrounded it, leading us to believe the city may fall as soon as our spec ops make a move.

In these 2 days a total of 20'000 Bjeians living in small villages were liberated. Radio silence continues from the government of Bjein, talks are beginning regarding whether or not to allow the liberated Bjeians to form a new one. More Bjeian soldiers have joined our cause.

Vaccinations:

A further 100'000 people were vaccinated in the last 2 days. 10'000 people died while 9'000 new infections were registered, this is significant as the total number of infected dropped, meaning that the transmission rate now has dropped below the fatality rate meaning the disease is on its way to be defeated. An estimated 6'000 of the 9'000 new infected were registered in the uncontrolled territory. 109'242 people within the controlled territory are still waiting vaccination while 204'000 are still in uncontrolled territory. Better care centers were set up to lower fatalities and improve recovery chances for patients with the virus. Furthermore more doses of the vaccine have been delivered allowing for faster vaccinations.

Neutralization of Monoj:

Following the release of the list of terrorists operating outside Bjein all 355 of them were captured and detained by the affected governments. Furthermore a whopping 735 terrorists were arrested or terminated while they were attempting to either defend the Highway of Ice or fleeing to New Iceland-Greenland. Another 60 terrorists were captured during other operations these 2 days. Despite their best attempts at destroying documents we managed to gather enough info, both through captured terrorists and documents and via our own drone footage, to confirm that the deranged bioterrorist and head of the group Dr Monoj is currently located in the besieged city of Kinijak. Therefore any vehicle or person spotted trying to leave the city will be stopped and detained if possible or terminated if not, nobody, civilian or otherwise, is allowed to leave the perimeter for any reason. Due to lack of any response from Bjein's government a tribunal comprised of judges from both European Nutella and the liberated territories of Bjein has been set up to start processing the terrorists.

Currently, 875 terrorists are estimated to be still operating entirely within the currently uncontrolled areas of Bjein.
