GBN-            The Yevenchko Trial began yesterday, in which famous terrorist Dmitry Yevenchko is to be tried for the crimes that he and his terrorist rebel group committed. The Trial began Yesterday, at 14:30, with the opening statement in Yasukavich‘s defence.

Sergei Verolovich, Defence Lawyer- “Dmitry Yevenchko is a man of many things, but terrorist is not one of them. During the alleged shootout that started at his home in the SSOF’s attempt to arrest an innocent man, Yasukavich and his friends did not allegedly shoot at Garlendan Authority for escape, but rather because Dmitry Yasukavich and his friends felt cornered and felt the need to protect themselves.”

The claims brought up by Verolovich were later put down by Garlendan prosecutors, as self defence under Garlendan law does not include intentional or accidental killing, and it is illegal for anyone outside the military or special police units to own, handle, or use a firearm, and was immediately given the charge of owning an illegal weapon.

With this, the first day of the Yasukavich Trial came to a close.
