This document embodies the rules of the United Nations Alliance of Orbis, the laws of the organisation that are subject to all its members, the general working and it's ideologies; and defines the rights and privileges of the international alliance.

The United Nations is an international organisation of States that have come together to ensure safe and secure operation of Governments, to provide assistance with natural resources and financial affairs to each other, and to supply and contribute defensive forces for the cause of the Alliance.

The United Nations Alliance believes in the following principles.

Equality: All members of the Alliance are of equal status. All members have equal opportunities to become a part of the leadership or functionary, and are to be treated with dignity and respect.

Equity: All members of United Nations Alliance are to be treated impartially and fairly, and are entitled to justice.

Military Security: It is the duty of the Alliance to provide it's Member States with military assistance. All members have the right to request contributions/donations of resources to assist in their recruitment of armed forces. They have the right to consult the Security Council on matters of cross-border conflict and warfare.
Article One: The present state of the nation requesting military aid will be investigated to
ensure just distribution of funds.
Article Two: In the event in which the Security Council is in doubt pertaining to the
justness of the distribution of funds, final say will be given to the Chairman.

Financial Security: It is the duty of the Alliance to provide it's Member States with financial assistance. All members have the right to request donations in forms of currency or resources. They have the right to consult the Bank Officers on matters regarding national economy and commerce.

Justice: It is the right of every Member State of the United Nations Alliance to seek justice in international conflict. It is the Alliance's duty to represent and defend its Member State in matters of inter-alliance conflict, and to settle disputes between Member States.
The Justice Directorate, which shall consist of the Justice Director and members of the directorate, has the right to interfere in conflicts and the right to be consulted during disputes.

The United Nations Alliance consists of three bodies:
The Security Council is a group of State representatives who supervise provision of military assistance to Members. It is their responsibility to respond to requests of donation of war aid after consideration. The Council also has the duty of advising Nations courses of action in the event of War, should the Nation involved choose to consult. The Security Council reserves the right to authorize the withdrawal of resources from the Bank, in which case the Bank Office has no say.

The United Nations Bank consists of a group of State representatives, the Bank Officers, who supervise provision of financial assistance to Members of the Alliance. It is their responsibility to respond to requests of donations of natural resources or currency. The Bank Officers have the duty of counseling and advising Nations courses of actions for the improvement of national economy, commerce and industry, should the Nation chose to consult.

The Justice Directorate is a group of State representatives who act as a jury to conflicts involving two or more members of the United Nations Alliance, or a member of United Nations Alliance and a non-member. The Directorate is to oversee military conflicts, financial conflicts, et cetera. It is expected that Members do not approach the Directorate for personal conflicts among nations. The Justice Directorate reserves the right to authorize the withdrawal of resources from the Bank, in which case the Bank Office has no say.

The Chair of the Alliance oversees the working of the Alliance. The Chairman is also the person to whom all Directors are answerable. Any decision taken by any Director, the Council, the Directorate or the Bank Office can be reversed by the Chairman. The Chairman solely handles matters of alliance treaties, and acts as Director in the absence of one.

Protocols that must follow important events are listed below:

Resource Crisis / Protocol One: In the event of major loss of resources by three or more Nations, the Alliance is to prohibit withdrawals from the Bank. Members states, except those hit by resource crises, are to deposit an amount of (a) requested resource(s) outlined by the Bank Officers, but all Member Nations in authority are to donate an extra amount, again with the aforementioned exceptions. The Chairman of the Alliance is to distribute the gathered resources according to his will, intimating the distribution plan to the Chief Bank Officer. All activities of the Security Council and the Justice Directorate are to be put on hold.

Civil War Crisis / Protocol Two: In the event of an outbreak of war between two or more members of United Nations Alliance, the members involved in the intra-alliance conflict are to appear before the Justice Directorate and justify their positions. All members involved are to be exempted from all Alliance services and aid for the time. On the passing of the judgement by the concerned Directorate, the culprit(s) is to be sent a letter of banishment by the Chairman.

World War Crisis / Protocol Three : In the event of a military offensive against two or more members of the Alliance, being carried out by a single organisation or nation, all members are to be informed of a prospective Alliance War and warned. All activities of the Bank Officers and the Justice Directorate are to be put on hold. The Security Council, under the guidance of the Chairman, is to coordinate all troop movement along with offensive and defensive actions on concerned Nations.

Chair Crisis/ Protocol Four: In the event of the Chairman being impeached, abdicating, or honorably departing his position, the Security Council may elect a Chairman Pro Tempore of the United Nations to hold the leadership of the alliance until voting commences. No Chairman Pro Tempore may serve for more than 44 Orbis turn cycles. All member states may vote on a member of the Security Council to elect Chairman. In the case of an absence of Security Council Representatives, a Bank Officer may be elected to Chairman Pro Tempore to appoint a new Security Council.
