Every two hours, the game executes "turns." These turns regulate the pace of the game, and important scripts run during this time, like revenue generation, resource production, Military Action Point generation, and more. During this time, things can be a little wonky if you try to access some pages while these scripts are running. That is why some pages are disabled, while others are available. In total, the unavailability is limited to only about a minute and a half. If you get bored and need something to do during this time, jump into the Politics & War Discord Server.
