3, open an application ticket in the discord in #apply-here [if joining with discord], otherwise PM KOningNoviPoes or Kai Atreides that you want to apply, or use the handy "apply ingame" button, then type in the big empty section that you wish to join.
Upon joining the alliance, you can receive a $5,000,000 sign on bonus into the alliance. This will be used to build you up and get you the necessary materials for an optimal learning experience.
We reserve the right to counter for any and all of our members and applicants regardless of inactivity by going to war with any ICS nation you wish your own nation being zeroed by our counters.
To hire a mercenary join the discord, and open a ticket. Prices will be discussed accordingly.
Do not bother contacting the ICS leadership if one of our members is attacking your alliance on the grounds of a merc contract; we dont care. Instead, speak with the individual executing the contract to get it terminated.
