Rule 1: No taxes or wars will be imposed all contributions are voluntary.

Rule 2: No nation will be let into the high council under any circumstances unless it is unanimously agreed upon by the entire high council and the head councilman.

Rule 3: If a smaller nation offers peace at any time during war you must accept.

Rule 4: Declaring war on a nation that is currently in an alliance without consulting the council will cause the council to vote on if you should be removed.

Rule 5: In order for any further rule to be added or edited the high council must have a majority vote in favor of it. In the case of a tie the head councilman will decide.

Alliances have the ability to share their markets with other alliances, effectively creating multi-alliance markets only available to the members of the alliances involved.
