Here's a FAQ if your thinking about investing

Q. Are these shares voting shares
A. Not exactly, but shareholders will be asked to put their two cents in on major decisions.
Q. How do I plan on making the bank transparant.
A. I orginally had a googles sheet, but then google drive decided to drop support for my browser. Currently these sheets are in microsoft excell, but I am open to alternatives.
Q. How Do I plan to gain exposer?
A. Advertisements and a new thread in this section will happen. Discord and IRC channels has already been created.
Q. Do you plan on using your own forums?
A. No, there will not be a forums strictly for the foreseeable future. Instead, I will attempt to create an embassy in most major alliances.
Q. When will dividends be paid?
A. Second week of every month
Q. Will there be a commision and how will the owner receive money?
A. There will not be a commision. Any person that may deal with any accounts held by Davos Iron Bank will not earn additional money. Instead, they will be attempting to raise the share value, increasing the dividends. I will only make money the same was as everybody else.

Either this Google doc looks suspiciously similar to the one from Stratton Oakmont, or I'm just really bad at memorizing things.

And if this bank is also doing stocks like SO, there's good reason to believe that even if stock prices rise no one will buy them, so convince me otherwise.

SO does there stocks a bit weird...Dividends are based off of profits which can only be determined at the end of the month...

I have updated the Google Do to show the formula I use for dividends.

Noone is selling them is the thing. If anyone sells the cost is so high literally take 7-10 real life years to get a return on the investment

I'm glad that stocks are generating conversation, but there's only so much to go around. With this being said, I'm requesting that future conversations is about loans. Potential investors are advised to contact me in private.

Gee, that contract looks awfully familiar...

Oh yeah! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1N1gLa6dblUet0Qp_5JO5NNlwxAvWLTOwKCxYdgHZ3sc/edit

Also gotta love how interest is due even if loan is paid off early. That's great stuff, really great. Can't wait to see the next bank pop up that'll start charging interest to people it doesn't even have money loaned to in the first place! XD

This clause is only exersized if the debtor pisses me off...not a clause I will regularly exersize.

I use their loan service frequently. I can confirm from experience that they have great CSR, low interest rates, and are willing to work with you on repayments. If you are a new nation looking for that extra bump to your economy, these guys are second to none. B)
