This turbulent tide has brought with it so much uncertainty,  and now with the news that the nobles have decided to take power... we have been all unsure of what will happen next.

The silence from Amhuinnsuidhe Castle has been icy... and has us led to believe that Her Grace has given up all hope of succeedng in her voyage to "liberation".  The news that the Earl of York had fled the Islands had also caused sparks of public sadness for Our Queens Unhappy plight. The Nobles however insisted that his lordship had "fled in fear".... Yet just a few hours ago the first letter  from Amhuinnsuidhe Castle has come in and we have a completely different take on the story.....

The press is not allowed to make the full contents of the letter public ... but we were allowed to show this single paragraph explaining and confirming the reasons and nature of The earl of York's sudden departure...The letter was written in the Queens hand and personally sealed with her own stationary and emblem.  It was addressed to The Celtic Press and sent directly from the Queens messenger service.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"...For those of you who choose to believe that he (Lord Meriwether) left in a panic as soon I declared anarchy, then you would be very much mistaken... I must confirm with all my heart that, He did not flee in fear. The Man I have known... this man that has come here and taken possession of my soul...is not capable of running away from me... he is too strong, to brave  ... too kind to leave a poor helpless bird.. all alone for the hawks to come and peck at it . Meriwether only departed after we received word that the nobles should want to take action.... he then left and I will not enclosed the details of why he left... but he has reasons beyond fear... He is my heart and my very being  and I will stand by his name with my life... tell them that.. let the nobles know of the force they intend to reckon with!"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We can only imagine the extreme sadness Our Queen is feeling in the face of a rebellion.... but this letter shows her determination and courage despite the very real threat of being usurped by the Aristocracy... This perhaps is one of the most intense moments In her reign. Yet weather the rebellion goes down in history or not.. one thing can certainly be said.. Queen Rusalochka is the first monarch to ever declare anarchy on The Western Isles.

It appears to be gravely concerning.
