TO MY FELLOW FOLK, I SPEAK TO THEE

I am known as Queen Rosemary in the kingdom I dwell in. The sea rages so softly, and quietly this still night as I scribe down my words.... words that come from my heart. As the summer approaches, birds do start to tweet more frequently and the clouds part at shorter intervals than before. The frost on the rocks near my castle has long since melted... although still I can make out the snowy peaks of the North Harris Mountains. In Stornoway, they say the high crests of Ullapool glisten white from the far horizon view. How beautiful it must be, to be a bird, to be able  to fly over there and see the mainland again. The wind here is so great that it is impossible to travel by sea. March is a stormy month. I hope she shall pass and that the sea will twinkle once more with solitude, 

I am sure you are wondering why I speak like this... the answer is that nature speaks to me and therefore I must be her messenger to you all at this strange unearthly hour. 

I wish to address the world and let them know of my existence. 

Here in this small Island I rule and hope to do so with as much wisdom and empathy as I can. The Western Isles are remote and extremally rural. The farmers who live here rely on the production of Tweed from sheep's wool to make a income. The fishermen rely on the tide and the force of the wind. The crofters and peat farmers rely on the sun. The Islands of Lewis and Harris is indebted  to nature and the earth and it is these two things which govern us... not I. I am but a messenger of nature. 

And I am here to reveal a message today. Nature is distressed that so many resort to chemicals to heal themselves. chemicals from the modern health services do not heal or mend any diseases. modern medicine fails to find the cure. The ancient druids have been helping us for thousands of years in healing and mending using plants and herbs. Leechcraft is a ancient healing practice which has died out in the modern world, Here on the Western islands I have made sure this practice was allowed to flourish. The Islands serves the purpose of keeping the ancient world alive. But the modern world did not leave us entirely unaffected. Many harmful practices still occur on this land. These include 

• the use of Smart boilers 
• the use of electric cars
• the implementations of 5G Wi-Fi 
• the use of BPA in Plastic items. These include carrier bags and water bottles 

these are some of the few things that I recently felt impassioned to act on. So therefore I have decided to change the laws of The Islands of Lewis and Harris for the better. I wish for the whole world to know and hear of these changes 

The changed laws are as follows 

1. The use of Smart Boilers are henceforth banned. affective immediate. Households who own a Smart boiler will need to discard by December 30th 2073. 
2. Any car that is electric or hybrid will not be allowed on the roads from December 30th 2073
3. As the Monarch of The Western Isles I hereby declare 5G will not be implemented in these territories. affective immediate. Any persons who have possession of a 5G device after December 2073 will face fines and confiscation of prohibited property 
4. I as absolute Monarch hereby alter the 5th amendment to the 7th law. All use of of Bisphenol A in plastics and/or other materials will be banned . companies who continue to manufacture products on the islands must abide by this by December 30th 2073 or face temporary closure lasting 6 or more months. No shipment of Bisphenol A products will be allowed to be sold or trades to the Western Isles. affective December 30th 2073 
5. All use of plastic water bottles will be fazed out of trade by April 2073. Glass bottles, clay bottles, crystal bottles, jewel bottles  and stoneware, earthenware will be the only material allowed by law to be used in the manufacture of water bottles. 
6. All fluoridated water brands will be banned from being purchased or sold on the island. affective as of December 30th 2073
7. All use of nanotechnologies are herby banned from being sold, purchased to and from the island. This includes any medication as well. the penalty for  someone found guilty of possession of such an item will be a confiscation and a fine. Any medical practice that promotes, uses and sells items that constrain nanotechnology will be shut down and suspended permanently. affective December 1st 
8. Under the New Pet And Animal Welfare Act, The Queen Monarch declares that vaccinations for all animals will be banned. No animal will be allowed to be injected with any vaccination. I hereby prohibit the microchipping of all dogs. Those found guilty of breaking this law will face fines. 
9. Under The Mill And Flour Safety Act... I hereby declare that all sale and manufacture of fortified white wheat flours is prohibited. As of December 1st 2073 all white flour sold must be unbleached and unfortified, sold only in its natural state. 

I as the queen of the western isles understand that these very drastic changes will disrupt life greatly, but in the long run the health of the public will improve. There will be a grace period of 6 months after the stated affect date and the law will be lenient for the year. However by 2074 these laws will be followed to the letter or the law will be enforced by strict, fines, confiscation and closure. Only those found guilty by a jury will be accountable to the law.
