We have all had to bear unfortunate witness to the arrival of Lord Meriwether of York last Thursday. He sailed from Oban, in his private royal ferry, and with his small company, hardly covering two advisors and his squire. Some who met his arrival at Tarbert on the grey and blustering march morning, have documented his cold and almost unsocial manner.

"His lordship, was in no mood to tarry... with one large unfriendly stride he was already on the road to see his Queen"  - Bill Mctavern - Royal chauffer

some have also said that he was commanding, rude and extremely arrogant....

"This man who they call Lord is said to be the one wedding our poor Queen... I do feel sorry for her...He seems so bossy and moody with everyone in sight..... always with that look of firmness on his face"  Patricia Moogy - shop keeper

And so it would seem, that we will have to put up with this self important ruler for a lot longer.... Our Queen has been mislead probably by the advisors and has chosen a man who will take over her and our island Kingdom. We currently have no statement from Her Grace on the matter but we are all expecting a message directly from her in due cause. Hopefully she may come to her senses and realise that this unsavourily man cannot be allowed to undermine the queen and her country! What does he really want? Why has he come here? Has Our Queen lost her mind What is he after? Unfortunately we have no answer to your burning questions... we will just have to wait and see.
