Hello everyone,
I come to you all with great news! A prototype version of our new project, Operation Summit, is almost complete! This state-of-the-art training facility will be a great addition to Primar's already affluent series of military academies for its many elite mercenary squads. Now, we hope to open up a new one specifically for friendly and paying nations to help bolster their top squads. Of course, the program is nowhere near fully finished, and will likely take weeks or even months to finish. However, test versions will be produced and distributed to the Overlord's most trusted compatriots, to ensure its quality, effectiveness, and consistency before moving on to more advanced versions.
You may also be wondering why I am writing this, instead of the Commandant or High Watcher. Well, I bring you more exciting news: Any nation will be able to aid in the construction of this! Unfortunately, the Treasury Overseer has declared that Primar will not be handing out monetary compensation to those who help.
