Zhong Xina II ANOUNCES social credit system

The congress of Dreamistan has decided to follow in the footsteps of FSA and make a social credit system. Everyone will have to download the Dreamistan Social Credit app on their phones. Everyone above 13 years old must use it, or be jailed for 17 years. There will be social credit cameras that can identify a citizens face everywhere around the country. Building them costed over 12 million dollars. The cameras will catch everything people do in public, while the app will have a microphone that will hear everything you say. If you do something good, you will gain 1-5 social credit points, it will be updated on your app and in the social credit server. If you do something bad, you will lose 1-6 points. People start at 69 points, and will be jailed if they have less than -2. If somebody commits a great sin, which will be defined later, the shall be killed. If somebody does a great  deed, which will be defined in another article, they shall recieve a 0.5 bitcoin. The social credit system also determines what you can do or buy, which Will be written in an article stating the rules.
