The Primar High Council is the second highest decision making body in Primar. The only person who can overrule the wishes of the Council is of course the Overlord. Members are appointed by the Overlord and serve until they either retire, or are removed or replaced by the Overlord.

Archminister of Foreign Affairs - Mrs. Gransee-Ziegler

Commandant of the Armada - Mrs. Heiser

Great Overseer of the Treasury - Mr. Player

Grand Supervisor of City Creation - Mrs. Herrera

Master Builder of Infrastructure - Mr. Gravett

Inspector General of Land Acquisition - Mrs. Shah

Liaison to the Public - Mr. Holt
