A MISSILE STRIKE against Southshire knocks down a tree in Hantsmouth in an attempt to counter inactive raid
Saturday morning started with a bang from a tree and a thud from a missile. Chenarus launched the attack to counter the inactive raid by Southshire, damaging only the central tree in Hantsmouth. No one was hurt, but a pigeon was rescued and taken to the local veterinary surgery and is said to be in a critical but stable condition.
The attack, which was preferred by the nation over peace talks, caused minimal damage to the city, with residents barely woken by the noise. The pigeon, named locally as Happy Flapper, is said to have suffered a sprained wing in the onslaught, but is expected to make a full recovery.
Southshire lead environmentalist, Phil McHole, is quoted as saying "we are concerned about the safety of our wildlife, particularly for the welfare of Happy Flapper. We do not condone this reckless act of environmental destruction"
This is a breaking news story. More will come as it develops
