15 hours after the Nukeyan bombardment of the Socialist Communist Kah Republic, the Kah Government officials and Kah Resistance leaders were able to fully regroup and largely summarised the Nukeyan bombing of the Republic. The report states that 90,407 people had died, 83% of whom were civilians while the remaining 17% were troops or resistance fighters. 46% of deaths were caused by burning/incineration, 37% of deaths were caused by falling debris, and 17% of deaths were caused by direct bombardment.

There is currently only an estimated number of 30,000 injured people with over 70% having suffered serious and detrimental injuries which are likely fatal. Local fire fighting departments are having a tough time putting out fires and rescuing innocent civilians trapped under mountains of ruble and the healthcare system has exceeded its patient limit by 3 times. Manpower is now on constraint and all unharmed or lightly injured civilians are being asked to assist in rescuing efforts. The cities most hit were Hoi Nup, Fairsiti, Ruzberg, Yedinstvo and Guntag. The above rail network has been largely decimated but reconstruction is currently underway.

Of the full 20 page disaster report, the most disturbing survivor's recount was that of Bunker Station 473. Bunker Station 473 is one of the many train stations that not only act as a transportation terminal, but also as a disaster shelter. However, Bunker Station 473 was struck with a streak of unluckiness. As the bombs began to drop, as many as 3,500 civilians and troops had managed to fit into the bunker and the doors began to close but alas, it was jammed. The door jam was discovered to have been sabotaged, most likely by the Pure Nordic Cross Militia. The 3,500 people inside were now exposed to some intensity of bombardment, though not much as they were situated underground. However, true tragedy struck when a Nukeyan Hypersonic Ballistic Missile accurately pinpoint the train station's location and crashed straight into the entrance. The weapon of war had landed directly into the stairwell, directly pointing towards the ground in the bunker. The room was in a full swing panic, people began to attempt to exit through the tight gaps located between the walls and the missile. As people screamed and rush frantically, the survivor's mother brought her to find a safe area to protect them from the blast. A few minutes later, a digital beeping could have been heard. Everyone stopped in their tracks, time stood still. Everyone knew, it was the Nukeyan missile activating again. Everyone shouted and screamed as some tried even more to crawl out of the bunker while others attempted to dive deeper back into the bunker. The total amount of confusion and loss prevent any actual movement and the crowd was stuck in one spot, next to the tip of the missile. Meanwhile, the survivor and her mother found a few maintenance closet facing away from the missile and tried squeezing in there. However, the lack of space prevented the door closing fully. The mother hearing the faster beeping of the missile immediately hopped out of the closet and shut the door. Within a split second, the survivor goes deaf, and her ears soon return to a familiar ringing sound she has heard from so long due to the civil war. She slowly creaks open the door, to find that her mother, had flown across the hallway and was pinned against the wall, totally incinerated by the explosion's intense flames.

Hours later, a rescue team manages to access Bunker Station 473, only to find the lone survivor sobbing away on the floor, infront of her dear mother.

But octic civilians are just captured civilians of the Kah Republic, not all voluntarily want to be part of octic

We'll strike the Nukeyans back... With a missile.
