Serpen Faith Spreading Like Wildfire in the Eternal Union

For the past few weeks, a new cult known as Serpentism, worshiping the cosmic entity of Serpen, has been spreading in the Union. 
It started when some Aurorian space explorers came back and began to convert all the places they went on, including ours. Explanations from the head of the Alliance are awaited, but no one answered. It seems that every Aurorian nation faces the same situation.

The Eternal Union didn't suffer any religious trouble since centuries, as most of its citizens were atheist.

A citizen of Nova says:

We were living peacefully in our calm neighborhood, but suddenly, these Serpentists came to our doors prasing their faith. At first, we simply refused thinking it was nothing more than a joke, but they insisted, and got violent. We chose to leave the house when more and more of them were coming.

I hope it will end soon, these crazy people have no place here ! 

The followers of this new religion appeared to be true fanatics, loosing some of their humanity in the process.
 

In front of this situation, a strong government response is still awaited. For now, riots break out in the streets, public order is deteriorating day by day.
