IKEA CIVIL WAR OVER! (RP)

The deadly war between the Reunited States and Sawh has ended with the two nations coming to an amicable agreement after a Reunited States counter-offensive in Scotland pushed Sawhist forces back into a place of equal negotiations for both sides. The President of the Reunited States had this to say:
"It is very unfortunate that Gwlad Emrys had to suffer through this war, but rest assured that both the Reunited States and Sawh have pledged to rebuild Gwlad Emrys and to jointly occupy the nation until a new government can be elected." The Prime Minister of Sawh could not be reached for comment.

Treaty of London

1.) Gwlad Emrys can freely form a series of international free ports along its west coast - one of which can be designated as an embassy for continued economic contact with the Reunited States. 

2.) Nelo becomes a Reunited States colony. 

3.) Prisoners will be returned to their respective nations. 

4.) Money will be paid by both Sawh and The Reunited States to rebuild Emrys. 

5.) Gwlad Emrys will be occupied by both the Reunited States and Sawh until a new government can be established. 

6.) An independent commision will be set up to prosecute war criminals.
