With the beginning of the Global War between the Alliances of BW & Clock vs. the forces of Oasis & Mystery Inc. a new thermonuclear war has kicked off; with dire consequences even for uninvolved parties!
Not only did global food production go down considerably, raising costs for even the most basic commodities, but the toxic fallout also creates a quite hostile environment, which an average human should ideally be exposed to as little as possible.
In order to protect the populace, the Pacific Trade Union's Ministry of Internal Affairs has put through a notion for a complete lockdown of all civilian operations until the health risk created by the radiation is no longer of concern. To accommodate this two military divisions of the PTU have been repurposed and reequipped to give out aid packages during this national crisis.
President Percy's statement to the entire situation encourages his citizen to stay calm in this situation. “[…] after all the well-being of our fellow countrymen is our utmost priority.
