People of L-manburg! I am proud to announce the launch of civilian training program.
In this program every citizen of L-manburg will be taught how to fight for self defense and protection.
Citizens will also be allowed to keep government authorized firearm.
Any misuse of the firearm or training provided against any citizen of L-manburg will result in life imprisonment and maybe death penalty also.
This program is for safety of the citizens against the foreign spies which are coming in our nation because of this Global War.
Our intelligence agency is capturing every spy of other nation but still if one is on the run then citizens can protect themself.
We will be providing a chip to be fit in brain with high technology which will alert the citizen if any spy is near of any other country and citizens can kill the spy if needed.
Capturing the spy is preferred.
This training will also help for self defense against criminals.
For other countries-: We will not execute any spy unless he tries to do something. If the spy is caught guilty or if the enemy country is executing our spies we will take immediate action and will be executing at the moment.
