Emperor Partin to formally honor Princess Regent Eugenia von Habsburg

Today Partianians celebrate a victory from recent attacks on our sovereignty. The Emperor addressed a large crowd at Partin Square today. The Emperor stated that the  disorganization and lack of combat readiness by General Partin was appalling. The Emperor has promised a full review of his Chiefs of Staff, to determine corrections that need to be made. The Emperor also mourned for the lives and property lost, stating that this should never happen again. Emperor Partin went into detail to explain to the crowd about the assistance the great people of Einnstadt gave Partinland. Emperor Partin honored Princess Regent Eugenia von Habsburg of the Arch Duchy of Einnstadt with the Bronze Buffalo Commendation for Extraordinary Military Service. The Emperor went on explain how the Princess Regents exceptional military knowledge and combat maneuvering where the deciding advantages to win the war. Emperor Partin vowed to be continued allies with Einnstadt and would militarily support the Princess Regent, if ever called on to do so.
