The Victory Parade March in Paris as Victorian Troops holding French flags marching at the streets of Paris.

[Victoria, Nantes] - After the greatest war of Victoria yet, Victorian Diplomats and Melonese Diplomats finally reach to an agreement of sharing France as one like a JGP system under two leaders. France's regions is split into two, Vicky France in the north and Vichy France in the south administered by Melonese. Over 430,000 Victorian troops march in the streets of Paris celebrating the Victorious moment they have achieved and over 5,000 military vehicles in the parade. General Piedmont Arthur Clement is also invited to power after the following death of presidential candidates of Victoria including Richard Mons. General Piedmont after stepping into the stage announced his background and he is connected to Regis Bonaparte III but only sees his brother as a big disgrace. He revealed his true name to be Alexandre Napoleon of the Bonaparte House and shocked everyone in Strasbourg. He made a speech about finally ruling Victoria or France greater than any leaders unlike Richard Mons who was focused on Victorian expansionism labelling his ideology to be Victorian Fascism. Alexandre Napoleon ends his speech with a great phrase of 'Vive la Victoria, Vive la France!' as the people rejoice.

The official military anthem of Victoria's La Grande Armee after 5 years of exile in Oceania.

Victoria's flag flies above Strasbourg at the last time as it is replaced by Alexandre Napoleon's French flag. The construction of Gustave Tower has begun and the rebuilding of logistical areas in Southern France and cities near Geneva. Victoria's overseas territories especially the Oceanic territories has been declared 'Sister Republics' of the Third French Empire and Victorian Australia is to be called Terre Australe while Victorian New Zealand stays to be called Areulia in honour of their fallen comrade, Finni. Other Victorian overseas territories following after the dissolving of A&PSA such as Cameroon and Gabon has been declared Victorian colonies as well known as Victorian Central Africa and finally uniting Sao Tome Principe and called as: 'Queendom of Clementine' as a SARV. Victoria also declares Haiti as a 'Sister Republic' as well and renames it to Saint-Domingue and Dominican Republic known as Dominiqué République. Victoria also holds the largest territory in Antarctica and decided to build the 2nd city in Antarctica known as Blanchemont.
