Mass Militarization in Roxas

Everyday, 1000 Men ages 18-25 are being drafted into the Military but what for?

Military Personnel already makes up about approx. 10% of Roxas’s Population and about 19% of Roxas’s territory are covered in Military establishments, bases everywhere, and Army Recruitment Offices are everywhere in the National Capital of Roxas City, Even the entire Harbor in Roxas City is full of Navy and Coast Guard Boats, Vessels and Offices rather than Civilian Vessels or Warehouses.

Is the Militarization really necessary? As of now, about 3500 Soldiers are shipped overseas to fight a war with Esatoria, is that probably the cause?

General Guille has yet no statements nor opinion about the current militarization, or not even a single high-ranking individual of each branch, The Military has just started housing HMMWV Humvees and a few M1 Abrams by the way, is that something?
