The floor echoed beneath Josef Nord  as he approached the well. The room was deathly silent. Josef and his Political Comrade Conduct has spent long nights and days working on the bill, Josef was about to speak on. More than once had Josef seconds thoughts about it. The bill in short was to cut taxes and government spending, butin this bill they would also reduce welfare spending, economic aid to the market, and abolish universal healthcare.

While this might seem harsh, Nord and Conduct know the truth about these programs: They promise equality, stability, and justice. But They only bring about mediocrity, lies, and corruption. Corrupt politicians stuff their pockets with the "leftovers" of the tax revenue generated by people who care for the live of others. Essentially parasites.

Nord can't help but be enraged by this.

Nord is finally in the well. He takes a deep breath.

" Ladies and Gentlemen of the Council, it is an honor today to stand before you to speak on this bill, but before I do allow me to give context. For years we have been oppressing our people with Taxation, and they will no longer stand for it. Hear my cry for this Nation for your sake do not Tax our people without representation any longer... Will the Clerk please read the Bill."
