Government intends to liberate the Kazak people from cruel terrorist dictaorship, declares its own Special Military operation

The last several years have been a nightmare for the stability of Eastern Europe and Asia, a trend that saw exponential growth with the collaspe of the Soviet Federation. Several new states have popped up across Eurasia with the Constitutional Monarchy of Russia, Republic of Ukraine, and Stergohlenius (Kazakhstan) being three notable examples. However, merely one month ago, the Republic of Stergohlenius found itself under attack from a brutal terrorist organization, an organization that has since managed to take the capital and install a brutal dictatorship, one where dissidents are shot without mercy. So as a response to this terrible development, Russia has decided to work in tandem with the Ukrainian government in order to help liberate Stergohlenius from its newfound oppressors and restore the proper government. Ukraine will be allowed to move units through the Rostov region alongside Russian troops being moved to Kazakhstan and soldiers from both nations will work together to bring down these terrorists before their evil can spread to the rest of Eurasia.

Za Stabil'nost', za Rodinu!

Civilians begin leaving bunkers as radiation fully drops below hazardous levels, long term affects of said Radiation

As time has passed since the Soviet Nuclear conflict, citizens have been looking forward to the day that civilian bunkers will be opened, and that day has at last arrived as Radiation levels drop far enough below hazardous levels, more than a year and a half after the declaration of Russias seperate existence from the Soviet Federation and abandonment of communist rule. The order has been signed for all bunkers to begin opening their doors and for civilians to begin leaving the bunkers if they so desire, as payment for the continued residence in the bunkers, these people are required to work a minimum of 3 hours a day (though 6-8 is heavily encouraged) to help construct and package supplies for the Reconstruction and Order Corps (the combined army and people in charge of reconstructing damaged infrastructure and building housing). On top of this, the R&O corps have recently seen a massive nearly 150% growth in workers as civilians exit or stay in bunkers, now with approximately 500,000 army men and 3,000,000 construction workers across the board. Part of the reason for this is the promise of providing both homes and jobs completely free of charge to those who volunteer for the reconstruction effort. Expectation dates for the time it shall take to rebuild is at least 6 years for the medium sized cities and at least 10 for Moscow to be even close to its former glory, with St Petersburg not too far behind at 8 years

(After 6 years most cities will look about like your average city in the New England or Nordic area)

The work will be hard, but well worth it

The Eurasia doctrine is announced

With stability in the areas surrounding Russia seeming to be a foreign concept, it was only natural that the President draft up the Russian response to this seeminglyever present issue. Enter the Eurasia Doctrine, a doctrine that clearly states where Russian interests lie and how the nation intends to defend those interests. During a press conference, President Kurenkov would state his vision for the doctrine and how the idea was drafted. Stating that he “took one look at the surroundings of his great nation and thought to himself, what could the nation do to fix this problem, how could Russia help bring stability to Eurasia”.

As for what the doctrine actually is, it’s rather simple, stating that any nation or organization that may be viewed as threatening the already fractured stability of Eurasia is seen as a threat for Russia, and must be dealt with as such, for it takes decisive action to ensure complete peace. As well as this, any nation that is viewed as especially oppressive towards their Slavic Minorities or Majorities, shall fall under a category of shoot on sight with Russia, and may be subject to a Special Military Operation as Russia shall act as the defender of the Slavic people.

The doctrine also goes on to further elaborate and solidify the idea that Russia considers all of Eurasia to be its area of interest and the state’s desire to keep the peace, by force if necessary
