The Border gore in P&W

So Hello, As you all know border gore is something that everyone can accept as the worst thing in p&w. Examples could be like me somehow owning Moldova While owning Croatia or having just borders randomly in the world. These are very common in the P&W community I am not accusing anyone of doing this though it is hated throughout P&W and several communities like HOI4 or AOH2 or Total war games, etc. These could be said to be used by people who are not in the mainstream or in other roleplays taking advantage of this. But anyway let's head towards the main top of this Bulletin you clicked on.

Basically What I want is for borders should look like borders! It's not made for you to put in some random land in the middle of nowhere and say "Hey this is my land now." NO. So I want the P&W Community to try to get together to attempt to fix this huge issue that we are facing throughout the mainstream, Roleplayers, And People who want to have fun for the first time. This is not just a Bulletin made for Rp I honestly want this to be official and after the Soviets left and the nuclear war ended I see some potential in the whole community just to come together for once. 

For everyone and the mainstream community RP, Please attempt or try to even get together and attempt to fix this issue like putting a whole rule against this or anything just to stop this.
