Treaty of Cooperation and Assistance between the Empire of Putinia and the SCP Foundation
Preamble
The Empire of Putinia, led by His Supreme Majesty Tsar Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, and the SCP Foundation, hereinafter referred to as "SCP," desiring to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between their respective nations for the promotion of peace, stability, and mutual prosperity, have resolved to conclude this Treaty of Cooperation and Assistance.
Article I: Mutual Assistance
The Empire of Putinia and SCP hereby pledge to provide each other with mutual assistance in times of need, including but not limited to military, financial, and logistical support.
His Supreme Majesty Tsar Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin shall establish a direct line of communication with SCP for the purpose of requesting troops or military assistance as deemed necessary.
SCP agrees to extend similar privileges to the Empire of Putinia, ensuring prompt and efficient cooperation in matters of mutual interest.
Article II: Financial Assistance
Both parties commit to providing financial assistance to each other when requested, subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon by their respective leaders.
The terms of financial assistance, including the amount and method of transfer, shall be determined through bilateral negotiations between the Empire of Putinia and SCP.
Article III: Specialized Unit
The Empire of Putinia shall establish a specialized unit within its armed forces, trained and equipped to combat and contain SCP entities as directed by SCP.
This specialized unit shall operate under the joint command of the Empire of Putinia and SCP, ensuring seamless coordination and cooperation in containing anomalous threats.
Article IV: Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this treaty shall be resolved amicably through diplomatic channels between the Empire of Putinia and SCP.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through diplomatic means, the leaders of both parties shall convene for high-level discussions to seek a mutually acceptable solution.
Article V: Final Provisions
This Treaty of Cooperation and Assistance shall enter into force upon signature by the duly authorized representatives of the Empire of Putinia and SCP.
Any amendments or additional provisions to this treaty shall require the consent of both parties and shall be formalized through supplementary agreements.
Done in duplicate, in the Russian and English languages, both texts being equally authentic.
