This morning, a horrible sight came rising through the Meinburg skyline: smoke! It was coming from a disastrous fire in an apartment building, and when emergency services came to put it out, say deemed someone started it intentionally.

According to local residents in the area, the fire started at 6:56 am, when most of the residents were still sleeping, so the locals had to act fast and run into the fire with drums, badly-tuned violins and even with puppies barking like they usually do when they're disturbed from their sleep.

Luckily, most residents heard this, (and the ones who didn't soon woke up to the sound of crackling and the heat), and all safely came down, via a ladder that was skilfully made by a carpenter during the banging. Eventually, every single resident of the apartment managed to evacuate safely, with just some minor burns and scratches. The mayor of Meinburg, Sir Hoglin, said that this shows the bond between neighbours and the resilience and kindness of all of them to take care of one-another.

But when the emergency services arrived, they said that it was fire was intentionally started by a human, as there were littered flint and steels everywhere, and charred wood scattered everywhere that there wasn't wood before. It is still unknown who did it, but many experts and residents think that it is linked to the Amongus ban, as there has been several incidents similar to this one in Meinburg that spiked immediately after the video game ban was placed, including when 3 teens attempted to break in to a shopping centre with explosives and projectiles (they were shot by police after).

This has many citizens of Meinburg (and Trenchland as a whole) worried about what disaster will happen next. The Trenchland Government says that to ensure your safety, avoid crowded areas at night, make sure to lock and barricade your doors at night, never go near dangerous people or events and let the police deal with it, and always listen to the authorities.
