All land owned by Hyperterra is now integral to Sevol

Today Caligulo Avelaiz announced that the behavior of the government to technology and research will drastically increase. With more funding, we have began to take a more calculated and efficient approach toward improving our quality of life and all. 

With sets of policies that will make Hyperterra not only a global nation. But a maritime GLOBAL system. This system of management of people will be beneficial as we begin to look forward expanding our influence worldwide. And to counter anti globalization and nationalism in far away provinces. Caligulo has given regional communes support to build their local economies and passed policies that inheritly says that all laws passed in kergulen and Sevol are NATIONAL laws. This means that new rulings shall apply to ALL states within the Hyperterran United technocratic communes. 

Many of our other islands and states have approved of these rules. Which will in the future make them into the same level that Sevol is.
