Rebuilding A Fallen World

The Nuclear confrontation between the Soviet Federation and the United Imperium has ended. Both superpowers have fallen, new nations forged, and the world they left behind lies in ruins. Much of North America, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe is experiencing the effects of nuclear fallout, crops in Belarus, Ukraine, the Americas, and parts of Romania are dying and the new Russian state, also known as Lunorian Russia, which formed out of the collapse of the Soviet government, lies in a state of ruin because of the nuclear war. And an estimated hundred million people are dead. And millions of refugees have fled from Eastern Europe into Sedrosia, causing a humanitarian crisis.
The Sedrosian Empire, now left as the world superpower due to both the Soviet's and Imperium’s demise, as well as our allies in the British Empire, Ajako, Victoria and other nations are left to save this fallen world. To to this,Chancellor Bojevic has signed into law Imperial decree 891 also known officially as the Atlantic Plan. A massive reconstruction effort that targeting the radiation and fallout, as well as providing aid, materials, and security for the postwar world. Chancellor Bojevic, who recently returned to office after spending several weeks in the hospital, has this to say:
“The old-world order is dead! The Soviets and American governments have collapsed into anarchy and destruction from their nuclear war. The world now lies in a place we have all feared for many years. Famine, death, destruction, it all now reigns supreme. But there is a light at the end of this dark tunnel, for the world is starting to unite from this tragedy, and a new age of peace may begin soon. But this transition period we stand in will not be easy, for in the wake the power struggles will likely increase. But we must remain vigilant and rebuild our fallen world for the better! God bless Sedrosia, and God bless Orbis!”

The Atlantic Plan:

1. The economic recovery and reconstruction of all affected nations because of the nuclear war will be addressed. Therefore, the Sedrosian Empire hereby declares the following as part of the Atlantic plan and the structuring of the postwar world:
2. The countries of Raritania, Kolakia, Novist, Mountania, Nova Cyberia, Canada, and the Louisville Republic will receive a total of $50 billion dollars OBD worth of cash aid. 
3. 600,000 tons worth of food, medical supplies, and bottled water will also be supplied to the american nations. Further economic investment will also be sent over the next 5 years.
4. The independence of all affected states will be guaranteed by the Sedrosian Empire in the meantime so they are allowed to rebuild their nations and economies.
5. 2,800 contractors and equipment will be sent to aid in the capturing and limiting the radiation and aid in reconstruction efforts.
6. Government officials, economists and aids will further be sent to help boost government control and economic growth for all nations effected. 
7. The eastern nations of Belarus, Ukraine, Donbas, and Lunorian Russia will receive $80 billion dollars OBD worth of aid, and 900,000 tons of food, medical supplies, aid, and bottled water. Economic support over the next 5 years will also be provided. 
8. 5000 contractors and equipment will be sent to Eastern Europe for the capturing of radiation and reconstruction efforts.

Further aid for other effected nations will also begin. Any nation in need of aid because of the radiation can request aid in this regard. Further economic support and aid will also likely be announced in the coming weeks and months as the situation evolves. We hope our efforts lead to both world peace, and stability in this newly formed fallen world. 

Establishing Control Over Iberian Peninsula

The sudden collapse of the Iberian State government during the nuclear exchange between the Soviet Federation and the United Imperium was caused in a quick an mostly bloodless coup that plunged the region into a quick civil war. Leading to a government lead by a Military Junta was formed. Sedrosian forces also quickly moved in and established control over the region with the aid of the Iberian Military Junta and has since then established peace in the nation. A garrison of 175,000 Sedrosian soldiers as well as the Military Junta will oversee the defense of the territory. 

Both of these nations will remain under Sedrosian occupation in the meantime until the situation changes and either a successor Iberian government can be formed or multiple independent nations. (OOC, the land as i stated yesterday in the minor bulletin is reserved for new players which are in need of an actual homeland. Rerolls may be accepted under some very specific circumstances like if they have been uprooted from RP or otherwise don’t have a core territory. Or TLDR, no colonization or grubby landwhores as some would put it.)

Sedrosian Economic Growth Post War

The war between the Soviet Federation and the United Imperium has left the Sedrosian Empire in an interesting position. Being officially in Armed Neutrality, Sedrosia also widely supportted for the TUI and allied side of the war with massive sales of hardware and cash injection. However, the economic boom from the war has died down, as the economy of the old JGP states have collapsed significantly due to the war and the United Imperium is no more. Economic stagnation in growth has been seen, but further investments in the world as well as the empire remaining intact and with little collateral damage leaves us in a better position than most. 

With the wind blowing the radiation down to arabia it seems as discovered by British intelligence and confirmation from reports in British Qatar and UAE, the region seems mostly effected there and the Sedrosian provinces of Bahrain and Kuwait are the most affected region as well as parts of Oman. However, the radiation levels remain at fairly livable levels and containment crews are en route and in the process of thwarting the spread. 

The homeland meanwhile has mostly remained unaffected accept the eastern regions of Bessarabia, Moldova, and parts of eastern Romania. Protests of the effects have taken place but government response has been quick as the eastern army has been reutilized to clean up some of the radiation in the most affected areas. Currently the economy remains at a stalled growth, and much of the investments into the TUI have been lost, but other opportunities may give the economy a much needed secondary boost.

Sedrosian Special Military Operation in Valoriana

After the creation of a Communist government in the nation of Valoriana a war has broken out between the Victorian commonwealth and allies and Valoriana. Sedrosia has finally decided to intervene and dismantle this communist regime that holds control over the innocent people of Valoriana. This bastion of Communism will be uprooted from Europe once and for all! To do this, we declare a special military operation to rid Valoriana of this communist dictatorship. 

Sedrosian aircraft have taken off from air bases in the Netherlands, and from South Germany to launch the first wave of attacks. Attacks against military bases, defensive lines, and troop formations have been ordered and conducted by the 17th and 21st Air Wings. Several targets have been confirmed destroyed and fighting continues against the defending Valorianan air forces.

Following the bombing runs, troops of the 23rd Mechanized Infantry Division, 19th and 20th Armored Brigades, and the 17th Airborne Battalion have pushed into Valoriana from South German territory or dropped in by transport aircraft. Quick pushes to block off the southern provinces from the rest of the country are underway, after the massive artillery and bombing barrages against Valorianan forces. Sedrosian armored columns and infantry have pushed in after the massive bombardment, quickly pushing towards the cities of Colmar, Olten, and Basel and captured them. Sedrosian forces have also begun meeting up with La Platan and allied forces near Colmar. 

The advance into the city itself is slowed due to stiff enemy resistance within the city and forcing heavy fighting to ensue in the outskirts just outside the city of Selestat. Further advances are being launched by a detachment of the 19th Armored Brigade and and infantry battalions from the 23rd Mechanized are en route to the city of Solothurn and have reached the outskirts of the city. A likely push to Bern, Baden, Lucerne, or Aarau is likely as Sedrosian forces reinforce gains along the 2 and A35 highways.

Casualties are estimated to be around a 190 casualties on the Sedrosian side and unknown Valorianan casualties with estimates averaging around 300-400 casualties. 2 light tanks have been lost on the Sedrosian side as well as 3 APCs, 1 IFV, and 7 Light Utility vehicles and transport trucks. The operation will continue until Valoriana is rid of communism!
