Lyping: WHAT?! I trusted that man to have a conscience! Why must it come to this!! Javier! How are the bunkers?! Is it enough for the entire population?
Javier: hmm well yes, our bunkers does have the capacity for such an event and it is interconnected for the government to travel wherever they want. But food and water might be a problem…
Lyping: Oh? Can you enlighten us about that?
John: *stutters* If I may Mr President, once a nuclear explosion detonates, it will result in an area where radiation and nuclear ash form call “Fallout”. Now this “Fallout” will make everything around it dangerous to even touch… but worst of all, is when there are a high level of nuclear “Fallout” inside of the atmosphere, that Mr President, creates what we call “Nuclear Winter”. This “Winter” will ensure there will be no sun all year around for what I suspect to be at the very least a decade and a possible spreading of nuclear “Fallout” throughout the region. Which means… even drinking water has to be purified until it can be consumed and food sanitized, stored and cooked at a high temperature before consumption.
Lyping: *tilt head downward*…What will I say to the people… “oH tHoSe pEoPlE dIdN’t tRy tO dEsCuLaTe” and “iT iSn’T mY fAuLt”… who would believe that? The lives of 20-40million of my fellow citizens is put at risk because I didn’t try to hold a talk between them… Gentlemen, I want to make this right! We’ll hold a presidential address informing our citizens to evacuate to the bunkers and informing them of our plans for a sustainable food and water supply for the duration of the Fallout. Alright gentlemen, let us begin.
The President stood up and walked out of the cabinet meeting room into the Presidential Office, followed behind by his cabinet secretaries. The filming crew set up their equipments. READY TO SHOOT!

My Fellow Countrymen… I’m sure today might come out as a shock to all of us, as a bunch of mushroom clouds appear over the horizons on all directions. I ask of you, my citizens, DO NOT BE AFRAID. We have sufficient space inside of the bunkers for all of you and do not be worried of being separated, for the Central Government bunker system are all connected with concrete reinforced with steel to ensure even 20 hydrogen bombs cannot destroy the underground system. Of course, originally, it was meant for the President, Vice President and his/her Cabinet Secretaries, but as these are trying times, we shall all use the same system to ensure that we’re all doing well and for uniting with families even if you’re in different bunkers… *face clearly filled with tears* *sniff* *wipe tears with handkerchief* sorry about that… I’m truly sorry for not delivering good news for our nation on my second term… but read my lips, I.Will.Never.Give.You.Up. Never. Never… On another note, our food and water supply is not in the best shape, so I shall enact a strict ration of 1500 calories until we find a solution to our problems. We shall try our best to somehow make fish farms and bio farm work within the bunker to ensure a stable food supply. At the same time we will be sending scientists to all parts of the world to find and possibly preserve clean sources of water, if there are any. We will also work to treat nuclear fallout in the water supply for it to be fit for consumption. That would be all I have to say, Thank you, May god save us all…
