The Soviet Federation Declares War on Raritania

A Declaration of War was signed on May 22nd, against Raritania. The Soviet Federation will achieve victory, and force Raritania to stand down in their war against THAE. While TUI has stated thier intent to invoke their MDP's in defense of Raritania, the Federation will stand by its decision to ensure that Raritania suffers for every single crime that they have committed. 
 

  Soviet Air Defense Systems have been activated nationwide along with  advanced Jamming and Radar Systems. While the war is expected to not involve any actual invasions, Moscow has received word of an impending Nuclear strike from the country of Escharia from D.C. Two Satan-V Nuclear ICBMs have been launched towards Escharia, detonating and completely wiping out the country. With President Morkav stating that due to the situation at hand, the Federation will not risk a Nuclear exchange. Reservists are being fully mobilized and will soon enter the war. The Katyusha PMC has also finally returned home after their small incursion in America.
 

President Morkav has also fully announced that the Soviet Federation will not be making attacks towards Jan Mayen, stating that the country of Haskal shouldn't be exposed nor turned into a war zone just to take a Raritanian port city.
 

TUI Forces Driven Out.

 As the state of war has been declared between the Soviet Federation and the United Imperium, the city of Istanbul or well what's left of it, has no come under Soviet attack, as the Soviet garrison troops have launched a surprise attack on the United Imperial garrison, both garrisons briefly exchanged fire but with the Soviet garrison able to maneuver into more favorable positions, the UI garrison surrendered with little causalties. This being the first time that Soviet and TUI forces have directly engaged in combat. The Soviet garrison has taken TUI garrison as POW's, with one TUI soldier calling the Soviet CO a p****** and a filthy commie, he had a large double bacon quarter pounder with cheese, extra fries, two mcflurries, a classic large coke and an apple pie. With the CO being astonished as to how overweight he was. The United Garrison will be transferred over to Vorkuta Military Prison, where they will be kept for the remainder of the war.
 

The First Battle of the Baltic Sea

   The Soviet Baltic Fleet has launched a “surprise” attack against the TUI fleet in the Baltic Sea, with Soviet subs moving in first and launching salvos of torpedoes towards Cruisers and the one Aircraft Carrier. With even one Submarine surfacing and ramming a TUI Destroyer, with both vessels being lost to the depths, as TUI aircraft are launched from the carrier, many of them were destroyed by the oncoming hail of anti-air missiles, rockets and cannons. With Soviet Cruisers hanging back and firing their powerful Anti-Ship missiles, the destroyers and frigates closed the distance and opened fire with their deadly rocket batteries and autocannons. The battle was long and bloody, with many TUI and Soviet ships sinking below, the battle turned into a Soviet Victory, with the United Imperial Fleet retreating, however many of TUI Cruisers and the carrier were able to survive, with the Carrier taking heavy damage and losing roughly half of their aircraft. The Soviet Baltic Fleet will reaffirm its position around Soviet Shores in the Baltic Sea, with the Murmansk Battlegroup being recalled from the North Sea and to intercept the retreating TUI Fleet.

As the Soviet-TUI Cold War finally turns hot, due to the proximity that Eastern Russia is to TUI/JGP, the military, has moved their air defense systems to the outskirts of the cities to prevent civilian casualties. Soviet Missile Launchers have been deployed to Eastern Russia, and reports that some have already begun firing on TUI ships that have been by Soviet drones. Decoy vehicles, as well as Decoy bases are now being established in an effort to fool TUI satellites, Radar jammers have also been sent around factories, and vital infrastructure also receiving similar protection. The Soviet Aerospace Force has been fully mobilized with constant patrols on Soviet Shores, and Anti-Drone weapons being issued to standard Soviet soldiers as well as the police, due to the past of Beanstopia bombing Soviet towns with their drones. Citizens have also received notifications for how to survive missiles and drone attacks. Head of the Soviet Coastguard, Vlodimir Koraski has stated that Coastguard ships will actively protect Soviet civilian and merchant vessels, by acting as shields for said vessels. However good news has come by, Congress leader, Kali Versonivic stating that the elections will continue as planned, tho results may be delayed due to the current predicament.
 

State of the Federation

TUI and Raritanian Citizens are being offered to be taken back to their homeland under the protection of the Soviet Peace Corps. 

The 4th Red Army is being deployed to Italy, whilst under the protection of the Kharkiv Battlegroup.

President Morkav has offered Istanbul to the Sedrosian Empire, as the Soviet Garrison prepares to disembark and head to Sochi.

TUI and Raritanian, merchant and civilian vessels have been said to not be valid targets as they are not military targets. 

The S-900s sold to Raritania have been destroyed by the killswitch.

Official statement from General Zuliskovi stating that the United Eastern Coalition will be neutral in this conflict as these are the sole actions of the Federation.
