Constitution of the Kingdom of Vesla

Preamble:

We, the people of Vesla, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Kingdom of Vesla.

Article I: Fundamental Rights and Freedoms

Section 1: Freedom of Speech and Expression
1.1. The freedom of speech and expression shall be guaranteed to all citizens of Vesla. This includes the freedom to express opinions, ideas, and information through any medium, without fear of censorship or retaliation from the government.

Article II: The Monarch

4.1. The judiciary of Vesla shall be independent and shall administer justice impartially in accordance with the laws and this Constitution.

Article V: Amendment Procedure

5.1. This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Parliament, followed by the approval of the Monarch.

Article VI: Supremacy of the Constitution
