The Message

The Transcendent Holy American Empire will not get that chance. The United Imperium does not tolerate traitors. We have given you protection and freedom, and in turn, this is how you repay us? No. We will not allow this to stand. From illegally contracting hostile PMCs, to regressing to theocracy, and now to finally declare an express intent to betray the United Imperium and all the peoples who are united under the JGP. The United Imperium now suspends the government shutdown and declares a full mobilization of the Homeland Theater Command (HLTC) in order to liberate THAE from the oppressive clutches of the traitorous despots, activating the "Critical Major Combat Emergency Fund" to do so. THAE will not be allowed to exist in the lands of the United States of America. 

Combat Actions of the Homeland Liberation War

Already, the Imperium's HLTC has begun the first strikes on THAE. Suppression of enemy air defenses and missile batteries is a top priority. In addition, air-based electronic warfare operations have commenced in order to make sure that the enemy is going into battle blind and deaf. Combat Air Patrol missions will ensure that THAE will be unable to field aircraft operations over their own skies. Strike groups are being sent especially to hit radar, early warning, and command and control centers to knock out the enemy's ability to field an effective counterattack. Rapid Dragon capable aircraft will launch missile salvos at hostile military infrastructure and defensive fortifications in order to make sure that THAE cannot repair the assets that we destroy.

In order to ensure the integrity of our forces on the ground inside THAE stationed on federally-owned Imperium bases, a rapid evacuation airlift will take place in order to make sure that they can get out safely and begin contributing to the war effort from the best possible place. Close Air Support and Combat Air Patrol will play a critical role in holding off enemy forces so that we can complete our evacuation. We do expect to take heavy casualties during this phase of the operation, but the element of surprise hopefully will allow us to preserve as many Imperium lives as possible. In addition, to prevent THAE from taking anything on base, whatever cannot be taken by Imperium forces will be destroyed, either by a detonation set up by forces on the ground or by an airstrike.

Forces from the TUI exclusive governance zone in Montana will begin to make their initial push into the West of the hostile territories, while major force buildups will commence in the South and in the East in order to begin ground offensives in those regions as well. If permission is obtained from the Canadian government, the United Imperium will also direct Homeland Theater Command to begin force buildups on the South Canadian border. In addition, to cut off THAE from supplies, a blockade has commenced. ALL ships headed to THAE will be turned away, either willingly or under the threat of force.

The United Imperium is willing to grant safe passage to the PMC units that THAE illegally contracted, but in order to do so, these troops must make their way to Montana on their own before the Imperium can extradite them back to their homeland. President Regan stated that it would be more or less impossible to safely extradite these PMCs from an active war zone.
