Subsection II.VI

The President is Chief Commissioner  of the Polizei and the Lead Director of the Nord-Agentur Innere Sicherheit  (NAIS) and a joint commander in chief of the Norden Miliz. The President is the Chief administrator of Civil and Civilian affairs and matters. The President may appoint members into his or her Civil Cabinet. The Civil Cabinet is separate from the Military Cabinet.


 

Subsection II.VII

The President shall have the ability to appoint the Marshal on the 15th of June. The President must select a Marshal who meets the following requirements: is over the age of 35, mentally competent, a commissioned officer from the rank of Colonel to Field Marshal, residing in the Norden Republic for the past 10 years, and not convicted of a felony, has not been dismissed in a prior term.


 

Subsection II.VIII

The Versammlung’s Parties shall have a Primary election where citizens of their respective Parties elect military officials meeting the requirements. Then a Middle election will happen where the Versammlung representatives vote on a Marshal Candidate for their respective parties. The President will then appoint the Marshal based on the majority of votes of said candidates.



 

 Subsection II.IX

Two-thirds of the Versammlung must be present in order for these officials to be put into office. Members of the Versammlung shall represent their provincial Versammlung, State Versammlung, and the Versammlung.


 

Subsection II.X

The President’s Vice President shall be the Party secretary if the party wins the election. The role of the Vice President is: to fulfill the President's office in: Absence, inability to fulfill his or her duties, resignation, and dismissal. The Vice President will serve the remainder of the President's term in any of these cases unless the president is able to again fulfill his or her duty of office. The Vice President shall meet the same requirement that of the President.


 

Subsection II.XI

 The Marshal  shall serve terms of four years alongside his or her  selected Vice Marshal; the Marshal shall be appointed by the President on the 15th of June. the Marshal may serve as many terms as he or she is appointed unless he or she is dismissed or unfit for his or her office. 



 

Subsection II.XII

The Marshal is appointed by the President with the Majority approval of the Versammlung.  eligible candidates  shall be selected from the Armed Forces  from the Rank Colonel to Field Marshal and or the equivalent to these in the other branches of the Armed Forces.  On the date of the election the head of the Versammlung shall  record the votes  and announce the new Marshal who has the majority of the votes. The Marshal shall then assume his office on August 15th. 


 

Subsection II.XIII

The Marshal shall appoint a Vice Marshal in the event that the Marshal is unable to fulfill his or her duties in office The Vice Marshal shall be the Provisional Marshal. If a Marshal is unable to fill his or her office for the remainder of his or her term, resigns, or is dismissed the Vice Marshal shall assume the office of Marshal until the following election. The Vice Marshal shall meet the same requirements as the Marshal. 


 

Subsection II. XIX

On the Marshal’s inauguration he or she shall affirm following oath:

“I the Marshal of Norden Republic solemnly swear to faithfully discharge the duties of my office, protect people and interests of the Norden Republic, to preserve the Peoples and Nation’s Autonomy, and liberties that our people so enjoy and execute diplomacy that  guarantees these said things. “Ein Hoch auf die Republik Norden


 

Subsection II.XX

The Marshal is the commander in chief of the Nördliche Streitkräfte: which in the time of writing is the Nordmarine, Nordarmee, and the Nördliche Luftwaffe. The Marshal is a joint commander in chief of the Norden Miliz. The Marshal Represents the Norden Republic to the International Community. The Marshal is the Chief Administrator for military affairs and operations.


 

Subsection II.XXI

The Marshal may appoint members to be in his Military Cabinet which shall be separate to the President's Civil Cabinet. 


 

Subsection II.XXII

The Marshal may declare war with the approval of the Versammlung. The Marshal may propose or accept treaties with the Approval of the Versammlung. The Marshal may enact war orders if the Versammlung approves. At any approval  ⅔ of the Versammlung must be present and ⅔ of the Versammlung must vote in the affirmative for said action or decisions to take place. 


 

Subsection II.XXIII

The Marshal shall update the Versammlung every month about foreign affairs, military administration, and the procurement pertaining to the Nördliche Streitkräfte and any other duties pertaining to Marshal.


 

Subsection II.XXIV

The Marshal, Vice Marshal, and Ministers (Cabinet Members) Shall be dismissed from their office(s) if they have been found guilty in an inquiry.


 

Subsection II.XXV

Civil and Military Cabinet

The Civil Cabinet and its members shall advise the President in Civil matters pertaining to his or her respective field, advising the President in policy making, and Internal relations.


 

Subsection II.XXVI

Civil Cabinet members shall be at least the age of 25, a professional or experienced member in his or her respective position, a resident in the Norden Republic for the past  years, not previously dismissed by The Versammlung, and not a convicted felon.



 

Subsection II.XXVII

The Versammlung shall dismiss Civil Cabinet members who have been found guilty in an inquiry. Civil Cabinet members found guilty and dismissed from his or her position may not be reappointed by the current President or future President. 


 

Subsection II.XXVIII

Civil Cabinet members shall appoint Deputies, in the event of their absence or incapacitation, Deputies shall be a provisional Minister  until the Minister is able to resume his or duties. If a Minister is unable to fulfill his or her Duties furthermore, the Deputy shall assume his or her office and effectively become a Minister.


 

Subsection II.XXIX

Deputies shall meet the same requirements as Ministers. Deputies 

shall be dismissed by  the Versammlung if they are found guilty.


 

Subsection II.XXX

Military Cabinet members shall be at least the age of 25, a professional or experienced member in his or her respective position, a resident in the Norden Republic for the past 5 years, not previously dismissed by The Versammlung, and not a convicted felon.


 

Subsection II.XXXI

The Military Cabinet may advise The Marshal in his duties, policy making, update and advise the Marshal in his or her respective field.

Members of the Military Cabinet must be professional or experienced in their respective position.


 

Subsection II.XXXII

Military Cabinet members shall appoint Deputies, in the event of their absence or incapacitation, Deputies shall be a provisional Minister  until the Minister is able to resume his or duties. If a Minister is unable to fulfill his or her Duties furthermore, the Deputy shall assume his or her office and effectively become a Minister.


 

Subsection II.XXXIII

Deputies shall meet the same requirements as Ministers. Deputies 

shall be dismissed by  the Versammlung if they are found guilty.


 

Subsection II.XXXIV

The Military Cabinet must include at least these roles: Chief of Naval Operations, Chief of Army Operations,and Chief of Aerial Operations. Any other offices shall be appointed by the Marshal to his discretion.


 

Subsection II.XXXV

The Versammlung shall dismiss  Military Cabinet members who have been found guilty in an inquiry.  Military Cabinet members

found guilty and dismissed from his or her position may not be reappointed by the current  Marshal or future Marshal. 


 

XXXVI

The Ministers, President, and Marshal shall be compensated for their services from the Norden Treasury.
