My fellow Brutussians, 23,374 soldiers lay dead in our own capital, a thousand tanks lay destroyed, tens of aircraft lay strewn in fields across Rare Earth, and many chunks of our Brutus Class ships lay washed upon our shores, and half a million dollars are lost.

This, while being magnitudes less traumatic than the looBist war, is still going to be felt for weeks going into the future.

Brutussian society has shifted, and a fire has been created in the hearts of our people. Peace in isolation and neutrality has been an idea now crushed and a belief now proven wrong in the minds of the people. Through hardship and strength, the people vow to strike back, and they vow to never be caught content ever again.

Many now support raiding for money, a far cry from the old ideas of peace. Nearly 72% want to heavily militarize and begin raids for profit. President Jason ********** has come out on record to be quote, “Very concerned with the emotional state of the people”. He has also gone on record to state quote, “I will still follow the requests of people as my job requires”. 

Brutussia, from this day, 1/18/98, will never be the same.
