Proposal of a Nation Senate suspended indefinitely by the Emperor.

From a speech today directed towards the Senate, Emperor Flavius commended the idea in theory but rejected it in practice. 

The Emperor pointed to the numerous nation's spreading press releases that look as if they were written by children, reasoning that a mature and cultured nation like Aureliana would only be making itself more susceptible to such degeneracy with further developed diplomatic channels of communication. 

Our Augustus ended his address on a positive note, commenting that such an idea “might prove beneficial in resistance to such stupidity if Aureliana can find suitable members in the future” and reiterated that his people are not alone “as we will always have the backing of Legion.”

The Emperor left the senate-house to rapturous applause from the nation's senators, who are continually grateful that their Augustus is willing to listen to his people and justify his actions.
