𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐏’𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝-𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫

It was an exiting month as we watched campaigns and eventually the elections take place here in the Colonies! We saw three major political parties form: The Royal Party, the Liberal Party, and the Green Party. Each of them proposed and promised many things, however from the results of the election the Royal Party now holds the Colonial Parliament with four members of the Colonial Parliament being from it. The two others belong to the Green & Liberal Parties respectively.

In case you missed it here’s what each party advocated for:

• The Royal Party: Believes that strictly following the royal directive from Queen and Empress Elizabeth III is necessary for the benefit of the Colonies, meaning that expansion, and spreading Manticoren culture on Orbis should be our top priority. They advocate for expanding our borders and influence, and increasing the strength of the Colonial Militia.
• The Liberal Party: Believes that adapting to our current crisis and becoming more involved and diplomatic with the Orbis natives are needed to support and expand the Colonies influence. The advocate for less restrictions for natives to become citizens, and a diplomatic approach to dealing with native nations.
• The Green Party: Believes that the Colonies should focus on developing further before expanding any further, the say that we might spread out too much to regulate of control the territory we have and wont make the most out of the resources in it. They advocate for us to be isolationist, the domestic growth of the Colonies, and wish to decrease the pollution levels created by industry.

After counting all of the votes, heres the results of the elections held in each colony:

𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲

The war effort against the ILP continues to prove the Colonial Militia a capable and deadly fighting force. After dozens of attacks of ILP supporter states, Mohammad Ameenullah, who had risen in the ranks of the ILP since his first threat, made contact. He demanded that the Colonial Militia withdraw from the region and cease hostilities with the ILP and their supporters. Unsurprisingly Sir Custelloc declined any possibility of peace, reportedly saying, 

“For every man in our army you kill, we will kill ten of yours. For every civilian & colonist you have killed, we will kill 20 of your soldiers. For every bomb and missile you launch at us, we will launch twice as many ground attacks to take every stone and rock that builds you homes, and take them to replace what you have destroyed. Peace will come, but only when all of you are dead. Your power to terrorize will end by our hand to avenge every single man, woman, and child you have killed.”

After communications were cut, the signal was traced, and the hiding place of Mohammad Ameenullah was discovered. A squad of Royal Marines were deployed to kill him, however after fighting through the terrorists who were protecting him, the marines found Mohammad Ameenullah already dead. It is unknown how he died, and investigations into it are not planned. However a new leader has taken up the power vacuum created by Mohammad Ameenullah’s death, their new leader is Ayatullah Ali Baqiri. Ayatullah Ali Baqiri is a devout supporter of the ILP and rallied the remnants of the Islamic Republic of Iran army to make a last stand in the city of Tehranian.

The battle ended in an immense triumph over the Islamic Republic of Iran’s forces in the city. We pushed them out of the city and back into hiding with only 1,557 casualties, and the loss of 75 tanks. While we inflicted 4,858 casualties and destroyed 314 tanks during the fighting and their retreat. This will surely show their new leader to not even dare to stand against us and bring harm to our people.

The final push against the ILP is currently being organized in the reoccupied Tehranian, where the Colonial Militia Command will discuss further action against the remaining ILP supporter states that could engage in hostilities with us.
