𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 & 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬

A few days ago, a group of terrorist detonated a bomb in the Colony of Gryphon. It destroyed several residential buildings, causing 16 Colonists and 2 native citizens to lose their lives along with 30 others being injured. Investigators have been looking into the individuals who are responsible, however have been unable to identify the terrorists or their motive. However it is widely believed by the public that one of the supporters of the Islamic League of Power was responsible. Although it’s yet to be confirmed by Colonial Officials.

Earlier today missiles were launched and detonated in the Colony of Gryphon. Reports from the Royal Colonial Space Force has confirmed that it was launched by the Kingdom of Atlantisis, lead by Sarang Sumrsh, an ILP supporter. The bombing destroyed a large chunk of Gryphon, along with a factory & Colonial Milita barracks. The attack wounded 953, and killed 367 civilian and colonists workers in the factory, and wounded 150 and killed 50 off duty Militia personnel. Royal Manticore Marines who have raided an ILP HQ inside of the Kingdom of Atlantisis discovered documents indicating that Sarang Sumrsh is a member of the ILP’s “Diwān Asghar” and lead of their internal affairs. He has been added to the leaders that we are searching for to bring to justice, but current information indicates that he has gone into hiding, leaving his forces to continue to fight against Colonial Militia units searching for him.

Due to the high number of attacks against the Colony of Gryphon, the Lord-Governor has been moved to a secure location away from his office in New Manticore. He has also ordered a detachment of Royal Marines to be reassigned from protecting him to establishing security checkpoints across Gryphon to ensure the safety of citizens and colonists. He has also ordered some emergency measures to continue to counter the threat. He has restricted access going through the border, and has also been passed harsher laws against the Muslim population of the Colonies, putting them under observation and scrutiny to ensure that they won’t attempt to assist the ILP in any way.

𝐖𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬,  𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭

After the recent attacks, the Lord-Governor has ordered the Colonial Militia to stop expansion efforts temporarily, and redeploy a majority of its forces to fight the ILP. A few regiments will be left to patrol the border and make sure that no hostile natives or ILP terrorists attempt to enter our territory. The majority of our forces are now either already in or on their way to ILP supporter states to eliminate any hostile terrorist cells in them, and uncover any more plots against the Colonies.

The a small detachment from the Royal Marine Corps. has also been deployed to do special operations in ILP controlled regions to take down individuals believed to be associated with the attacks committed by the ILP. One operation that leaked that the RMC attempted was to disable some missiles that an ILP supporter state had, the operation was a failure and two marines were killed.

Currently Colonial Field Marshal Marwar, Colonial Air Admiral Luctor, and Colonial Fleet Admiral Palohalt are meeting in Colonial occupied regions to formulate a combined arms plan to continue to counter and fight the ILP before they can strike again. So far the war has gone smoothly with almost every confrontation ending with heavy ILP casualties & minimal militiamen casualties. More reports on the war effort will be reported as the Colonial Militia reports to us.
