Marketing Expert Harvey Soot has changed his title to Chief Mechanist, a new generation of merchants have been... manufactured? According to the reports Harvey Soot has decided to immortalize everyone who was willing with machinery...

Harvey Soot has overseen productions of what he is calling Tech-Merchants, Tech-Merchants are much stronger, tougher, immortal, and overall better Merchants... They do not generally require sleep but rather require recharging... they're cyborgs, they cannot stay in water for very long however.
