7 dead soldiers patrolling the small border village of Vinseki on the Belarus-Soviet border were found, alongside them, over $45,000 pillaged from the village's steward and treasury. Taking the blame for the attack and martyrdom of the soldiers was the Kamunistyčnaja voĺnaja, a Belorussian labelled terrorist group and Mašseraǔists (followers of the communist teaching of Putin Žmitrok Lysenko-Mašseraǔ. His teachings are largely based in anti-religious stalinist beliefs), who sent a video to news agencies of members of the groups large arsenal of military grade Soviet produced weapons and vehicles.

Some of the vehicles seen were at least 1 T-95 Hunton MBT, Volkan-27s, BAMP-5s, and a few IS-26 MBTs. All Soviet produced vehicles. This has heavily worried the Internal Intelligence Bureau of Belarus (IIBB) and chairman of the IIBB, Viscount Jakaǔ Romanov, stated that corrupt Soviet military officers may have sold, or even given to support their cause, to Kamunistyčnaja voĺnaja to support and arm there cause. While there is no heavy proof of this, most of the higher-ups within the IIBB as well half of the Carski court and the Assembly of Belarus have all supported the accusation.

Many of the liberals within the country are a little more hesitant with the accusation and have called for a deeper investigation within the matter it, however a majority have the population and aristocracy, already having a distaste about the Russians due to their beliefs, have also began blaming the certain Soviet officers for illegally trafficking weapons into the nation. The Chancellor has expressed the Assemblies neutrality, however has promised to look deeper into it.
