Lisov declared state of emergency for the whole nation.

Peace was never a option.

At 13:00 of 24.09.2096, leader figure Dmitry Lisov declared state of emergency for the whole nation. This means that black army can do more stuff than normally and can be more brutal towards protesting people. They are now allowed to use batons, pepper spray, water guns and even flash grenades and their weapons. Of course weapons with rubber bullets. Real bullets would trigger people to revolt. Also everyone outside, can be investigated by army and may be arrested.

Army is not okay.

Recently, some generals started questioning Lisov and his decisions. This was unexpected if we consider that black army is pretty much loyal to the Lisov. But remember that they will not start any coup, for one simple reason...

...special forces. Special forces are totally loyal to Lisov and his orders. So if any general will try to start any coup, he will be executed on spot.

Riots continue.

Riots are mostly the same as before. But in rare cases, black powder guns are used(You know, those old revolvers, shotguns and carbines that take black powder and are pain to reload). Except for that riots are the same.

Shadow of civil war.
