Welcome To South Korea. Below will be restrictions and Beliefs of the Government

  • State Council is the highest Power in SK (South Korea)
  • Alliance and Military is indeed South Korea's 2nd Policy but mainly Technological Advancement (Samsung will be announced in the future so pretend Samsung doesn't exist yet, Well start all the way back when SK was poor before Samsung and the n the noddle makers and then to tech)
  • The Leader of SK is a Mystery for now. (RP)
  • People can Vote but it's usually rigged the people there don't know that though.
  • The Government abuses the SK Constitution (Which will be RP made by me)
  • SK is a Socialist Dictatorship

-  Powers and adjustments -

State Council can: Collect Tax, pass laws, Veto Laws and make citizens serve harsh punishment by abusing the constitution. The Council can Also Declare Lockdowns, but it must be approved by the Government of South Korea, but this is useless considering the State Council can Override the Government considering it is the highest Power.

The President's Reserved Powers Are: Declaring War, Alliance Management, Controls the Military, Can Interfere with Government Funding and can Limit anyone's pay or request information from any company.

The Government of South Korea Can: Veto Wars, Manage Public Funding such as Heath Care, Can Demolish the State Council if determines it doesn't follow the Constitution (Checks and Balances) Can Purchase Nuclear and Unsafe Weapons, Can Publicly Torturer anyone and can Vote a new President for office. The Person in charge of the Government is the Prime Minister

The People's Power - The South Korean Constitution

We The People of South Korea, in order to obtain self-awareness and victory within ourselves and Establish a Functional Constitution believe in the Following amendments provided.

ADMENDEMENT I - The People have the right to vote on anything which may be properly provided.

ADMENDEMENT II - The Government cannot discriminate any Religion or Race.

ADEMENDMENT III - The Government cannot bear false witnesses against thy neighbor. (Cannot Lie to the People)

ADEMENTMENT IIII - The Council cannot Harm anyone without reasonable Cause.

ADEMENTMENT IIIII - The Government Cannot enslave anyone because of their Race or Religion
