Hello national and international comrades and workers alike! Welcome back to Ar Partizen, the 2nd official international edition! We received a lot of positive feedback on our 1st official international edition, not only nationally but internationally! We even received some critical acclaim!

The Party is gracious for your continued support of our publishment of Ar Partizen. We are gaining more relevance in Mundusia thanks to all of your help. Just a few days ago, Commissar Lincoln Koskau along with The Party was officially recognized by the Federal Mundusian Government as "able to participate in the elections of the Eastern Mundusian republics".

This has brought a great deal of influence to our Party. Our newspaper is also now being circulated all over! However, we will not hold you anymore. We know you wish to read, and so without further ado...

"Troubling": Tensions Between Escharia and The Party Heightens

In recent days, tensions (and a possible situation) between The Party and Escharia have been rising exponentially after their occupation of the Congo. The members of The Party have also been asking for the Commissars to do something. One member suggested that the problems be taken to the government, with a coalition of parties backing them.

But, what's really shocking is that - allegedly, as per journalists of The Party - Escharia has been targeting its populace whom portray themselves and claim to be part of the communist mass. This has yet again brought great dismay to the members of The Party. Even Commissar Lincoln Koskau has been sincerely distraught at the news.

Coupled with this is the unsureness of the situation. The entire thing could be fabricated, and The Party accidentally commits an act of invasion. The entire thing could also be real, and we leave our comrades to die out there. Nevertheless, this has created quite a precarious situation in which the crosshairs are never sighted correctly.

Commissar Lincoln Koskau has given a public statement about the matter after it was released to the public. "This is very disturbing, and quite possibly the start of a conflict. Do not fret, however. There is no need for panic or paranoia of the highest degree. We will try our best to deescalate the situation at hand."

The Federal Mundusian Government has still not responded. Most of the members of The Party are now riled up. Only time can tell where we are heading.

Mundusia and The Party Observes The So-Claimed "Second Great Depression"

A new, worrying report came in from the Mundusian Center of Global Economics in Thies. There, in the Global Stocks Watch Center, panic was spreading. The report read as such: "The global economy is dying faster than expected, and there is nothing that can be done." This deeply disturbed everyone in the watch center.

Citizens, businessmen, politicians, and others who were buying the international stocks were also in astonishment at this. Calculations and statistics from the countries of the world are now coming in as well. The Mundusian Center of Global Economics gathered all of these statistics into one file. To summarize the file, the worldwide GDP has already fell by an estimated 0.4-1% and expected to fall an estimated 15-16% within the next 5 year time-span.

Also within this five year time-span, global trade is expected to fall by 45-60% and unemployment is expected to rise outrageously seeing numbers such as 30-45%. This has since been compared with the Great Depression, as the numbers shown as similar to way back then. Cities and countries around the world are expected to be hit increasingly hard, if not indulge in a full economic collapse.

Thankfully, Mundusia seems to have not been affected just yet - if it will even be affected at all. Economists seem to trace this back to Mundusia's more self-reliant economic history and already low military levels. All that needs to be done for Mundusia to keep going strong is avoiding the upcoming economic contagion that is most likely destined to sweep through Africa.

President Kopington announced just hours later that the "global economy was on its own. There is no need for Mundusia to risk itself in helping the other nations of the world recuperate. Even then, there is no telling if such a plan would actually work. As such, I have shot down the idea."

PAGE 4 - NAT. - AGRICULTURE

Agricultural Production Up By 30% Nationwide, Traced To New Laws

New government audits have been released for public view, with only some information scratched out as "confidential". The audit's contents itself was good and displayed that the Mundusian economy is continuing on. One eye-catching statistic, though, was that agricultural was up by 30% nationwide.

The sudden rise was traced back to several new laws, part of President Karl Kopington's "National Economic Protection Plan". This plan is supposed to install protectionist policies to protect the domestic industry even more from international trade by imposing tax and stimulating the economy. Because of this, more citizens were able to find their way to becoming farmers. Some have bought private property such as plantations, while others have turned to communes to earn their respective profits.

A notable one is the Markestfalt Commune, in which many criminals have been moved to for rehabilitation. It is said that the updates to the criminal system in Mundusia have also had their part in this sudden rise in agricultural production. Another notable one is the Gefrostilte Plantation where rice, millet, and corn is being farmed. A large majority of the people working on the plantation are low-class families who needed food and a place to sleep.

This new rise has been applauded by the government for being "great for the Mundusian economy in this era of global economic downfall." The Party, itself, has also applauded the initiatives for creating communes in Mundusia. Some, however, have not taken it too lightly for a high level of communes or plantations to exist in Mundusia - seeing them as possibly interfering with hunting. Some have countered this with the economy being more reliant on agriculture than hunters. The argument is still ongoing.

ARTS - Mundusian Red Choir

The Mundusian Red Choir is the official choir of the Mundusian Communal Partisan Nation. Founded in 2094, they have already attended several events and won many awards. These include the Mundusian Platinum Star, Reale Mundusia, Kuspindus Mark, and so on. They travel the nation annually and often sing in military occasions such as parades. The next time they will sing is June 23, 2096 to celebrate their founding. Songs to be sung are the Mundusian National Anthem, The Internationale, The East Is Red, Einheitsfrontlied, The Red Army Is Strongest, and Which Side Are You On. Next year, they plan to go on the international stage and travel through the countries of the world - singing their songs and tunes. The Choir itself is led by acclaimed Party member Callum De Vaosten. However, if things get bad globally, the choir's global performance will be cancelled.

ARTS - Lukehande

Lukehande (Eng: Commune) is a novel written in 2093 by Joseph G. Manfalterne. It is largely considered in Mundusia as the "Modern Communist Manifesto". Even though it is banned in most countries, it is considered to be the basis of modern communism in Mundusia. Even though considered to be fiction, the book itself gave rise to what the Mundusian Communal Partisan Nation would be today. It portrays the struggles of a young boy named Lincent in an extremely capitalistic society. Through his struggles, he is drafted into the army and makes a fortune by being a "war hero". However, his greed for more money and power starts to corrupt him. By the end, he rules the nation for nothing more than pleasure and money. A communist revolution soon comes through and destroys both his government and reign. These people, who were just like him when he was younger, establish a place he had only dreamed of. This shallow summary is not the true meaning of the novel, though.

PARTY - Pledge

I, as a new member of the MCPN, vow to protect my fatherland when needed, help my comrades both in battle and in peace, work together as a union with my peers, and contribute to the spread of communism not as an aggressive ideology, but a passive one. I shall not discriminate based on ethnicity or class, and help those in need no matter the circumstances or actions that may come beforehand. That is the true communist way.

PEOPLE - Aret Auxe Vojm

Aret Auxe Vojm(Born 2008; illustrated on front page) is a Mundusian farmer and state socialist. He is famous for creating the first commune of Mundusia. He is also famous for creating the quote "This is what we accomplish when we are truly together, with no class or economical statuses dividing us." Socialism and communism took off in Mundusia partially because of the commune. He now resides on his farming commune with his friends and families. His country of origin is unknown - as he won't tell anyone - but some have defined him as possibly Slavic or Greek. Some have also identified him as Scandinavian, specifically Finnish.
