Economic collapse of several powers and its possible effects on the international community

With the damage from UEC-APSA war, rising tensions and the rapid decolonization of the British empire, a storm has started in Eurasia that cannot easily be stopped, this storm has already caused mass damages as the Sedrosian and Japanese economies topple over completely. These two major powers both having massive industries has all but insured that they will not be the only major powers to experience problems in the economic sector. The Japanese Stock Marlet crash has already seen affects outside of Eurasia as the North American nations of HAE and Raritania lose billions In a matter of days. In a short period of time, the world community has already seen at least 2 trillion dollars lost to what continues to look like a Second Great Depression. The price of goods in Europe has already risen by 9% and prices still continue to rise at a rapid pace

Iberian National debt hits ceiling, government spending halted

Due to the UEC war, Iberia was left in a heavily damaged state and needed to be repaired. The Caudillo had aimed to combat this by spending approximately 800 billion Euros and paying it off over the course of 10 years in order to repair and even boost the nation. However the old Iberian government had accumulated a large debt themselves and the Caudillos expensive plan seemed to only further damage the economy. However before the regime could realize this fact a large amount of damage had been done and as a result, Iberia remains at least 600 billion a mere 50 billion away from the max debt that the damaged nation can handle. As a result, the Caudillo has ordered that government spending be halted until further notice to prevent this ceiling from being reached. This situation has put thousands of government employees at risk of losing their lobs and has seemed to completely put a wrench in government plans to boost and repair infrastructure in the west and North
