After the civil war that went down last week, Galaretta vowed to never have such a national disaster happening again, promising accountability within his government, which many have dubbed a "self-coup."

The Civil War:

The Civil War, or the "Ucayaliazo," started after a band of insurgents stirred the pot of an already fragile Peru-Bolivia. This caused unnecessary lives to be lost, with Galaretta using his military force in the civil war, claiming a "dire emergency."

The Aftermath:

Following the civil war, Galaretta decided to go after another key issue tearing Peru-Bolivia apart, corruption.

After a lengthy investigation into each and every single congressmember, representative, minister, etc, a total of 23 people were fired, and a total of 15 are under more investigation. Each man will be tried for treason. Galaretta says "My commitment to a safe and secure Peru-Bolivia is unwavering, even in times of crisis."

What's next for Peru-Bolivia?

Galaretta has claimed Peru-Bolivia is in a recession, and is making that his top priority. Similarly, military exercises have begun again, signalling another mass conscription wave. He has also begun to hire new ministers. Galaretta has said that congress will not be unsuspended in the near future as the investigations still go on.
