Today, the MNA has engaged the Carlos Cartel in Mbam, showing the power of the national army. several Volkan armored cars from Soviet Federation and D-F22/B jets are utilized in the MNA against the cartel with trucks and arms from different nations. The MNA first initiated their offensive commanded by Sgt. Kian Mamball ordering the 1st Melbournian Light Cavalry division and 2nd Melbourne Air Cavalry Brigade to attack the ongoing deal between 2 groups armed with trucks and rifles. The CAH-18 Clermont helicopter began shooting missiles in the trucks crippling their way to escape as it is being shot by a cartel MG. A Melbournian armoured car began rushing to them as soldiers open fire to the members with their MG on top of the vehicle.

The cartel began shooting back with rifles and RPGs as they managed to hit Pvt. Kian Onguema and Pvt. Helo Wilson inside the armoured car with an RPG immobilising it. The MNA began fighting back with a squad led by Col. Garry Dupont to attack the fleeing members with their boss inside. The vehicle was destroyed by a grenade killing every cartel member including their boss.

The MNA began advancing into cartel territory as they grind one by one with the 1st Melbournia Shock Division approaching to continue the advance. The Victorian mainland has been the heart of Victoria since the start of Queen Clement's rule in the island of Australia. Several projects are being implemented by several Victorian ministries such as better agricultural farming and infrastructure in most places. Queen Clement's rule has been rated positive by most Victorians than the Victorian rule by the Martin Dynasty which were very conservative in terms of laws and power.

The Clementine Education System (CES)  which was recently implemented by the Shandong constitution in their education, has increased Victoria's influence throughout Orbis. The education system has improved the literacy rate of Victoria to 100% as children are taught with proper standards and basic understanding of things which in Grade 5, they will choose the subjects they love.

Victoria's overall infrastructure has embraced the Baroque style instead of the Gothic style. The architecture in Canberra and Melbourne has strong foundations with latest technology to minimize the damage from earthquakes and storms. Business skyscrapers however, has a very modern looks with slick style and overall glossy. The new infrastructure system that is proposed by many companies investing millions and even billions in the new project.

While this is all happening, Dutch and Victorian diplomats has arrived in a conference, discussing about the future of Alsace-Lorraine which concluded into the Dutch ceding it to the Victorians once again with terms. This is the treaty signed by two nations:

Treaty of !@#$, Overijssel
Belligerents: Queensland of Victoria and Dutch Republic

The Dutch Republic will:

- Cede the sovereignty over the Duchy of Alsace-Lorraine over to Victoria.
- Sign a non aggression pact with Victoria.
- Maintain a Dutch military base in the region.

Victoria Will:

- Guarantee the freedom of the Duchy.
- Promise not to, under any circumstances hand the land over to Uchama, Melon, Soviet or any of it's allies.
- Not allow Uchaman, Melonese or Soviet troops or PMC's in the land.
- Not kill the old Duchy's leadership.
- Guarantee that no major power blocs will establish themselves in the region.
- Not allow foreign military bases in the land (other than a Dutch base)

Signed by:
Victoria and Dutch Republic

This strengthened the ties between the Dutch Republic and the Queensland of Victoria as the two discuss in common their hostility with the Uchamese especially what they did on Dutch people.
